"Sing: The Hotel Cafe Tour" has been selected as one of the top Documentary Channel premieres of 2011, as voted on by Documentary Channel staff, and will be included in their upcoming Best of DOC Awards. Each night in December, one of the selected films will air at 8pm ET/PT, and you will have a chance to go to documentarychannel.com/bestofdoc to vote for Laura's documentary. You will be automatically entered for a chance to win numerous prizes, including an iPad, BOSE speakers, a SONY Bloggie, and more.

Andreas Smetana was asked to photograph children giving 110% effort, keeping expressions of childlike effort, and creating memorable faces. Adrian Mueller was selected to attend the FoodPhoto Festival in Tarragona, Spain.

The festival was an exhibition that awards and recognizes the best studio or still life composition of the year.

Adrian's aim with his food and location photography is to create images that connect with a viewers' personal memories, to ensure an emotional and lasting impression. "I hope that someone looks at my photographs and is moved to pause and remember a certain smell, taste or experience” Adrian Mueller.

Adrian has been named as one of Lürzer's Archive 200 Best Ad Photographers Worldwide 2010/2011 and he has been selected to PDN's 30 - 2010 : 30 New and Emerging Photographers to Watch. Recently, Canon honored his work by choosing him as Canon's Emerging Photo Pro of 2010.
